To find a product you can use the Keyword search feature, enter the product name or category of the product in the space provided and click "Search."

 

INVENTORY

Our inventory is constantly changing and we update our web site and product availability daily.  We receive our items directly from the manufacturers, wholesalers, and our wonderful consignment clients to bring you the saving.  All of our items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.  There may be a time when you place an order for an item and it is no longer available.  If this happens, you will be notified immediately.  If you are looking for something specific that you do not see listed, feel free to email us at info@shopnimasales.com

 

CONDITION

We sell mostly new products with a few pre-owned ones.  Each of our products will have a condition listed in its description.  Here is a helpful guide for our products condition.

New: Brand New with or without tags.  Never washed or worn. 

Like New: Appears new.  No signs of wear. May have been washed or worn.

Great: Previously worn with little to no signs of wear.

Good: Previously worn with some signs of wear.

Fair: Previously worn with lots of use left.  Shows lots of wear such as fading, fuzz, etc or may have a stain. 

 

BEST OFFER

We are happy to consider any reasonable offer.  To make an offer on an item please email to us @ info@shopnimasales.com.  Be sure to include your BEST offer, the title, description, number of the item along with the web address link. (You can highlight the web address on the item page, right mouse click, choose copy and then go back to paste it on your email.  We will review your BEST offer and send you a response via email.

 


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International shipping is available, however our shipping calculator is only limited to the United States and does not calculate international shipping rates.  If you are interested in international shipping, please email us at info@shopnimasales.com to request correct international shipping costs.


SALES TAX

It is California State law for us to collect sales tax.  If you live in the state of California, or would like the item to ship to a California address, you will have to pay the Los Angeles County tax rate, which is currently 9.25%.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you submit your order, we will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will a-mail you a second time notifying you that your payment has been received, and that your order has been shipped.  You can always view the status of your order by going to the Customer Service Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Simply click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We will be happy to cancel the order for you as long as the item has not yet been shipped.  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

PAYMENT

All payments must be made in US dollars.  We accept the following payment types: Cash, Cashier Checks, Credit Cards (via Paypal), Money Orders, Paypal (Shipping address must be confirmed), and Personal Checks.  Personal Checks will have a ten (10) day hold before items are shipped.

Payment is expected within seven (7) days. If not received within seven (7) days, items will be relisted.  Please include all purchase information, your name, and your mailing address.

Make Cashier Checks, Money Orders, or Personal Checks out to "Nima Sales": and mail to P.O. Box 5642, Whittier, CA  90607. Email us at: info@shopnimasales.com when payment has been sent. Items will be relisted if payment is not received within seven (7) days by mail. Please be sure to conceal these forms of payment by wrapping payment with paper inside envelope or use security envelopes to help protect your payment from mail theft.

We do not recommend sending cash payments, as there is no way for you to track it if it gets lost in the mail unless you send your payment via certified or insured mail.

 

COMBINED ITEMS AND PAYMENTS

When shopping at Nima Sales you can visit us at www.shopnimasales.com or our eBay store of http://stores.ebay.com/Shop-Nima-Sales-Online-Boutique.  If you purchase more than one item, and you are paying with Paypal, e-mail us to send you a combined invoice to pay for your items all at once and possibly save on your shipping costs.

When combining items for shipment, we will try to consolidate your items into as few packages as possible.  If you would like us to do this, please e-mail us to make sure your order can be accommodated as such.  Our ability to combine items for shipment ultimately depends on what you order.

For Paypal orders, we request that you pay for these items all at once to keep everyone's cost down. When paying by any other means we offer, e-mail us to let us know and we will send you an invoice for your combined purchases and shipping cost.

 

SHIPPING

We use the USPS and UPS to ship all of our orders.  All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your payment.  If you need your order processed sooner, please e-mail us.  USPS and UPS services normally deliver 2-7 days from the date the package is sent, although at times they may take longer.  Tracking numbers will be provided with each order.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.  Therefore, shipping insurance strongly recommend and is optional at the USPS shipping rates:  $1.70 ($0-$50), $2.15 ($50.01-$100), $2.60 ($100.01-$200), $4.60 ($200.01-$300), $5.50 ($300.01-$400), $6.40 ($400.01-$500), $7.30 ($500.01-$600), $7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value up to $5000.


STORE FRONT

We currently do not have a store front, but we do offer local pick-up.  We can meet in Whittier, CA or Fullerton, CA.  Arrangements can be made via the phone or e-mail.   Cash payments are required for pick-up items.

 

CONSIGNMENT

We are currently accepting new and pre-owned items.  Please contact us at info@shopnimasales.com for more information if you would like to consign with us.

 

RETURNS

We consider all sales final on all our items.  If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase of a new item once you have received it, contact us within 2 calendar days of receipt of the order.  Each issue will be viewed on a case-by-case basis. If the issue with the item cannot be resolved, we will gladly refund your money excluding shipping charges, or exchange the item for another if you prefer.

Returns must be shipped back to us at your expense in its original packaging in an unused and undamaged condition, accompanied with a copy of your sales receipt and postmarked within three (3) days of receiving the item.

All items will be inspected upon receipt.  If an item is altered in any way and/or received after 10 calendar days, the request for a refund will be denied.  If a refund is granted, the refund amount will reflect the final purchase price ONLY.  ALL Shipping and Handling costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be refunded.  If you received free shipping for the returned item, your refund amount will be the final purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

 

SECURITY ISSUES
We know there is always a concern with regard to security when shopping on the Internet. We understand your concerns and are fully committed to providing you with a secure ordering process. When placing an order with Nima Sales, a secure server protects your credit card information when you use Paypal. You will notice that the web address at the payment screen begins with "https://" and there is a padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window. This guarantees that the page you are viewing is a secure page. Only Papal has access to your information that you provided when you registered with them. If you pay by a personal check, money order or cash, the only information we would have records of is your name, address, phone, bank account information on personal checks, and a-mail address. We want to assure you that no one outside of Nima Sales has access to this information, and we do NOT share your information with anyone else...Ever!
